When there is great loss, there is a wake of loneliness and isolation, and hospice volunteers will wade into your pain and say, “I know.”

Spring Patient Care Volunteer Training begins March 17 through April 24, 2010

Wednesdays 6–9 p.m. & Saturdays 9 a.m.–12 p.m.

• Do you have a sense of perspective about
life and death, loss and grief?
• Are you open to others who may have
different values, beliefs, and ways of living?
• Are you able to listen well and validate
others where they are, rather than where
you think they should be?

If you answered yes to these questions, maybe becoming a Hospice Volunteer is for you.
